How Subscription Works – Quick Answers

Who can subscribe?

Any UAE resident over 18 with valid ID and a payment method. Approval is quick and easy through a simple KYC and shopping history check.

How fast is delivery and how much does it cost?

Delivery is free across the UAE and usually takes no more than 48 hours from the moment you place your order to receive your iPhone.

How long is the subscription?

The subscription runs for 50 weekly payments. After that, you’ll have the option to either keep your phone forever for a tiny closing price (around two weekly payments) or upgrade to a new model.

Do I own the phone?

During the subscription, the phone remains Fllex’s property. But once you reach week 50, you can choose to make it yours for a small final price (about two weekly payments). After that, it’s 100% yours.

When can I keep the phone forever?

At week 50, you get a special choice: Keep your current phone for a tiny closing price (around two weekly payments), or upgrade to a brand-new model by continuing your subscription and returning the old device.

How do the payments work?

The subscription consists of 53 equal payments:
• 1st payment is made when you place your order (this secures your device).
• Next 52 payments are made weekly.
• At week 50, you’ll have the option to own your phone for a small final price (around two weekly payments) instead of continuing to the full 52 weeks.

Is this a loan or installment plan?

No. Subscription is a service where you pay for using the device with the option to buy it out later. No banks, no loans, no credit checks.

How are weekly payments charged?

When you make your first payment, you can save your card in our payment system. This way, all future weekly payments will be collected automatically. If you prefer not to save your card, no problem — a payment button will always be available in the Doyu app, so you can easily pay each week manually.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We’ll remind you directly on your device. If the delay continues, some functions may be gently limited until the payment is made. As soon as it’s settled, everything goes back to normal.

Can I lower my weekly payments?

Yes. By using the Doyu app and engaging with offers, you can collect rewards that reduce your weekly subscription cost.

Can I still use the Doyu app after my subscription ends?

Yes. You’ll continue to have access to the Doyu app. Instead of reducing your weekly payments, you’ll earn points on your account through partner offers. These points can be spent inside the app and, soon, converted into real income.

How do I log into the Doyu app?

Use the email you gave us when buying your phone. We sent a password to that email — just enter both to log in.

Can you limit or block the phone after I buy it?

No. Once you pay the small final fee and the phone becomes yours, all management and restriction features are removed. The device is fully yours, and Fllex no longer has any control over it.
