How Subscription Works – Quick Answers

Who can subscribe?

Any UAE resident over 18 with valid ID and payment method. Fast approval through simple KYC and shopping history check.

How long is the subscription?

12 months (52 weeks). You pay a small initial fee and then weekly subscription payments.

What if I want to stop early?

You can return the phone before 1 year, but early exit fees apply (two initial payments + minor service costs).

Do I own the phone?

Not during the subscription. The phone remains Fllex property until you either return it or choose to buy it.

When can I buy the phone?

At week 52, you’ll get a special offer: Make your current device yours for a tiny closing price, or upgrade to next year’s model by continuing your subscription and returning the current device.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You’ll have 7 days to catch up. After that, the phone may be locked until payment is made.

What happens at the end of the year?

You can either return the phone in good condition, keep it forever for a tiny closing price, or swap for the next model.

Can I lower my weekly payments?

Yes. By using the Doyu app and completing partner offers, you can earn rewards that reduce your subscription cost.

What if the phone is lost or damaged?

You remain responsible for payments and possible repair or replacement costs.
